Hot Stuff

I just finished my last class of Bikram Yoga tonight. I had bought a Groupon for 10 classes and now I wish I had bought 2.  This was my first time doing Bikram Yoga.  It is a 90 minute class held in a 40 degree room.  There are 26 postures which are all repeated twice.  Some poses are more difficult than others but I am impressed with how far I have come in my practice over the 10 classes I have done.  Now that I am done though, I am not ready to commit.  There are so many different types of yoga out there that I feel like I need to get out and try some more.  Next I think I will try another hot yoga class, Moksha.  Yoga is such a great compliment to running, especially with all the stretching.  I will be waiting for another Groupon or Wagjag though.  Yoga is expensive and as much as I like it, I currently pay for a gym membership that also has drop in yoga classes (not hot).  Off to search my daily deal sites 🙂
